Warming the Hearth

Required reading for the Neo-Hellenic, Hellenismos or Greek Reconstructionist Pagan are
Theogony and Works and Days by Hesiod
and
The Iliad and The Odyssey by Homer and, of course The Homeric Hymns

And Ovid's Metamorphoses.

I prefer the Oxford translations when available.

Finally, Mystical Hymns of Orpheus. Is a must. Unfortunately, I cannot find a translation that I really like. This one is muddled up with inane commentary.
