Sweet potatoes are not potatoes but more closely resemble morning glories. They are also not yams
Sweet potatoes are nurturing comfort food that inspire love and, seasoned with ginger, and honey, may inspire a bit of lust as well.
I personally feel sweet potatoes are a lovely naturally sweet accompaniment to naturally salty pork (Other people don't seem to sense it, but even fresh pork always tastes salty to me.)
Sweet potatoes are highly anti-inflammatory and are rich in Vitamin B6, Manganese, Vitamin A and Vitamin C.
