Fire Roasted Corn

Here's a tasty classic for any camp out or BBQ.

Preparation Time:

As many fresh ears of fresh corn as you would like, still in their husks.

Prepare your corn early in the day by pulling the silk and any bugs out, rinsing and rewrapping it in its husks and then soaking in a bucket of ice water. When your fire is ready, shake off the excess water and place the corn, still it its husk, right on the grill. If you're cooking the corn directly in the fire, you can wrap them with aluminum foil first if you like.

To serve, allow to cool for a few minutes and then peel back the husk and use it as a handle.
