Kale Chips

My 5 year old, who despises kale in any other dish, can't get enough of these.

Preparation Time:


Fresh kale, washed, dried and torn into manageable pieces
Olive Oil



Turn on the oven to 250 degrees Farenheight
Place the kale in a large bowl, drizzle olive oil over them and sprinkle with salt. Toss to coat.
Spread the kale in a single layer on a baking sheet and place in the oven. If you have an oven fan, turn that on, otherwise just leave the door propped open a few inches.
In five minutes, give your kale chips a gentle stir with a spatula.
Check and stir, flip around ever five minutes until they are crisp.
Remove from the oven and gently transfer to a bowl. Allow to cool five minutes and serve right away.
