Salt Scrub

Salt scrub is a wonderful, inexpensive alternative to soap for use every day or for those days when you want to pamper yourself. It cleans, exfoliates and moisturizes at once.

Preparation Time:

Ingredients:

Light olive oil
Fine grain salt (or sugar)
essential oils of your choice

Directions:

Pour enough olive oil into a container to fill it about half way. Slowly add the salt (or sugar) stopping to stir the mixture every few seconds until the salt (or sugar) is at the level of the oil.

To use:

Massage the salt scrub into moistened skin and then rinse off.
Be careful in the shower, it makes it very slippery!
