Yogurt Sundae
My son's favorite after school snack. Packed with goodness and yum.
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
1 cup Plain yogurt
1 tbsp Honey (or other sweetener)
1/4 tsp Vanilla extract (optional)
2-3 tbsp blueberries, cherries, raspberries, strawberries, any combination in season. If not in season, try apple butter
about 6-10 halved pecans or walnuts
1 tsp semisweet chocolate chips
Directions:
Whisk together yogurt, honey and vanilla until smooth and blended.
Put the yogurt mixture into a serving bowl and sprinkle everything else on top.
